How to read SMS order history and status
Use the order reference, status and balance activity to understand what happened after a country-service choice.
Find the exact service-country order
Sign in and open History to find an earlier order by its service, country and reference. The SMS tab is where active orders show their assigned number, status, expiry and any message recorded for them. A previous catalogue selection is not an order; look for a successful confirmation and an order reference.
Keep the country code and service together when checking a result. A number from a different country or a charge for another service may look similar at a glance, but it represents a different activation.
Read status before drawing a conclusion
A waiting status means the order is active without a recorded SMS. Message received means a message was reported for that order. Completed, cancelled and expired are different end states; open the detail to see the displayed time and outcome. Do not infer delivery from the fact that a number was assigned.
The order’s expiry is authoritative for the activation. It is separate from the 15-minute quote on a crypto top-up invoice. A payment invoice and an SMS order have different statuses and different purposes.
Trace charges and eligible credits
History and balance activity show the activation charge and any later eligible returned credit as separate entries. Before the first SMS while waiting, an eligible cancellation returns the charge once to account balance. An unanswered expired order may also receive a credit under the current policy. Once an SMS is received, the no-message cancellation entitlement ends.
A balance credit is not a promise of a cash or crypto refund. If you expected a credit, compare the order status, reference and balance entry. An invoice that is merely created or awaiting payment should not be counted as balance.
Use the record to ask a specific question
If the number, status or balance looks wrong, note the order reference, service-country pair and time shown in the account. That gives support a concrete event to inspect when a channel is available. Avoid sending a password or the contents of a received verification code.
For future decisions, compare how the actual offer matched your service requirement and order window. Do not treat one result as proof that every number from the same country will be accepted or deliver at the same speed.
Before you decide
- Match service, country and order reference.
- Read assigned number, current status and order expiry.
- Compare separate charge and eligible credit entries.
- Keep sensitive codes and passwords out of support messages.
