Distinguish a new country choice from an existing SMS destination
A country selector is relevant when Instagram lets you provide a new phone number. If the screen identifies a phone already linked to the account, a new number with the same country prefix is still a different destination.

Know where Instagram is sending the code
If Instagram is sending a login or two-factor code to the phone already linked to your account, buying a different temporary number cannot intercept that message. Use the methods Instagram offers for that account or its official recovery flow. If the screen instead invites you to add and verify a new phone number, read the field and country requirements before looking at an offer.
Instagram's help on lost email or phone access stresses updating account information while you can still sign in. A code that works today is not a substitute for a contact route available next month.
Find the exact country pair
