Match your Signal SMS to a country offer
Signal's phone-number registration asks for a number able to receive an SMS or call. The one-time registration code, Signal PIN and later account access are separate things.
OTPAtlas can show a short Signal SMS offer for a selected country, but a successful text would only address that registration attempt. Signal's PIN is not the SMS registration code, and a short activation is not a durable number for a messaging identity.

Use Signal’s country field to interpret the complete number
Choose the number origin Signal permits and follow its international-format instructions. Where a separate selector supplies the country prefix, the remaining digits must follow that form’s rules; a matching flag is not a substitute for the full number.
What changing country cannot establish: A Signal PIN and an SMS registration code are different inputs. No choice of number country turns one into the other or gives permanent control of a short activation.

Separate the SMS from the Signal PIN
Signal's phone-number registration help requires a number able to receive an insecure SMS or phone call. It then sends a verification code for that registration attempt. Signal's separate PIN helps recover profile and settings and may act as a registration lock; it is not the incoming SMS code and does not grant ownership of the phone number.
Some Signal flows may offer a call if SMS fails after a timer. An OTPAtlas SMS activation should not be assumed to receive a call. Choose only the channel the actual order supports.
Choose a country deliberately
Use the Signal filter in OTPAtlas Prices, then choose the country matching Signal's registration form. Follow Signal's instructions for international format rather than adding a domestic leading zero or prefix twice. A country listing describes where to search; it does not establish a current offer or whether Signal will accept a particular line.
A promotional rate can appear for Signal before stock is confirmed. A connected supplier response must establish an available offer for the precise country pair, and your account must show its current order quote before confirmation. Without an offer, no number is ready to order from that entry.
Review the offer and watch one order
Add carries the selected pair to your dashboard for a refreshed quote. After sign-in, confirm the order only if its current price and terms suit the registration. Successful assignment displays the number and actual expiry. Enter that number in Signal, request the SMS through Signal, then check the OTPAtlas SMS tab for the received message.
If the Signal screen refuses the number, follow its message rather than treating it as a late SMS. If Signal says it sent a code, compare the entered number with the active order and follow the in-app timer. Read the final order status before repeating a purchase.
Think beyond initial registration
Signal's number-change guidance describes requirements for moving an active account to a new number. Device loss or later registration can create a need for a reachable number again. A temporary activation expires and cannot promise that the same phone number remains yours.
For a Signal identity you intend to keep, use a number you control for the long term and understand Signal's PIN and backup arrangements. Neither the PIN nor a stored message on OTPAtlas turns a short-lived number into permanent account access.
