If you complete a USD 20 top-up and one eligible USD 0.70 activation succeeds through January 31, 2027 inclusive (UTC), USD 19.30 remains as account balance, assuming no other charges. Any wallet or network fee is separate. This is arithmetic based on the dated offer, not evidence of stock or code delivery.
After the promotion, subtract the actual confirmed order charge from the verified amount added to your balance. Do not reuse a past promotional price or assume an offer is still available.
The offer, the deposit and the balance are different amounts
The live order quote is the price for one selected service-country activation. A top-up is money added to account balance after payment verification; OTPAtlas’s minimum top-up invoice is 20 USD and its maximum is 5,000 USD. The minimum is not the price of one SMS. A wallet/network fee, if charged by the transfer route, is separate from the quoted order charge. Confirmed balance left after an order may fund later eligible orders.
Look at the current offer before funding, then recheck it after the top-up clears. A pair can become unavailable or change price in between. If the fresh charge is higher than your confirmed balance, review the difference before adding more funds; do not assume an earlier screenshot holds a price.

Which offers are actually comparable?
The country panel shows one selected country at a time. Choose a country the receiving app permits and find the intended service in that country’s list; repeat for another allowed country while keeping the service the same in your notes. A cheaper row for another service answers a different question. A calling prefix identifies a numbering plan and may be shared by several countries; select the named country and check the exact offer. The prefix does not establish number-type acceptance by the receiving app or buyer eligibility with a seller.

Record two offers checked one after another
For a real comparison, choose the first permitted country, find the intended service and record its current USD quote, reported availability and check time. Then select the second permitted country, find that same service again and record the same fields. This is a personal note sheet, not a side-by-side live ranking: the first offer may change while you view the second. Reopen the chosen pair for a fresh quote before confirmation.
If one row has no confirmed offer, write “unavailable” instead of carrying over a previous price. If both are available, exclude a pair that fails the platform’s country rule or your future-access requirement before using the lower quote as a tie-breaker.

What the current quote proves and what it does not
A current offer can show the pair, USD price and reported availability before confirmation. It does not reserve a number, prove that a message will arrive, or establish that the receiving platform accepts the number. The dashboard checks the quote again when you confirm. The exact activation expiry appears only after a number has been assigned.
If you fund with crypto, the invoice quote expires after 15 minutes. That payment timer is separate from the SMS order window. Balance increases only after verified payment confirmation. If the live offer changes while the payment is pending, compare again rather than buying an incompatible replacement.
Questions about a current offer
Why might I add 20 USD for a lower-priced order?
20 USD is the minimum account top-up invoice, not the price of a number. The confirmed order charge comes from the fresh quote for your exact pair; the difference remains in account balance.
Can I hold the price or number shown in a row?
No. Opening a row does not reserve stock. Review the fresh quote and availability at confirmation, especially after waiting for a top-up to clear.
What if the required country has no current offer?
Do not buy another country merely because it is cheaper or in stock. Use another country only if the receiving platform permits it, wait for the exact pair, or compare an eligible provider.
Does availability mean the code will arrive?
No. Availability refers to the current offer for the selected pair. Delivery and third-party acceptance are separate outcomes, visible only as the order progresses.
Does a no-message cancellation return my deposit?
An eligible order outcome can return its activation charge to internal balance. That is distinct from an external refund of an account top-up.
